What It's Like During a P.I. Roofing Roof Replacement
At P.I. Roofing, we believe a great roof replacement is about more than just materials and workmanship—it’s about the experience. From the moment your project begins, our team focuses on quality, communication, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Before work ever starts, one of our Quality Control Managers visits your property to ensure all materials are on site and correct. They manage the crew, oversee the workflow, and make sure every step of the process is completed to the highest standards.
Meet Our Quality Control Managers
Justin Baldwin and Jessica Castellanos are the Quality Control Managers you can expect to see on your job site. They are there to support both the crew and the homeowner, answer questions, provide updates, and ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish. Having a dedicated QC Manager on site means nothing is overlooked and communication stays clear throughout the project.
What to Expect on Installation Day
Most residential roof replacements are completed in one to two days. Our crews start early to make the most of daylight and minimize disruption to your home.
The process typically includes three key stages:
Tear-off – Removal of the existing roofing materials
Installation – Precise installation of your new roof
Cleanup – Thorough job site cleanup, including debris removal and nail sweeps
Throughout the project, we document progress using drone footage and on-site notes, capturing a complete record of your roof replacement from beginning to end.
At the end of the day, our priority is simple: keeping our customers happy and confident in their investment. When the job is complete, we want you to feel informed, cared for, and truly wowed by your new roof.
