4. Coordinate the Adjuster’s VisitList Item 4
Inform us of the adjuster’s visit. If possible, our project manager will be present to assist.

5. Review the Adjuster’s Estimate
The insurance adjuster will provide an estimate. We are available to help explain it to you in detail.

6. Send Us the Estimate
Forward the adjuster’s estimate to PI Roofing for review.

7. We Provide a Proposal
PI Roofing will create a detailed proposal based on the adjuster’s findings.

8. Receive Your Insurance Check
Your insurance will issue a check, minus any depreciation and your deductible.

9. Pay Your Deductible
The deductible is required before the work begins.

10. Mortgage Company Endorsement
Follow any instructions from your mortgage company for endorsing the insurance check.

11. Select Upgrades (Optional)
You may choose to upgrade materials or exclude certain work at your own cost. Once finalized, we’ll schedule the work.

Once approved and the deposit is received, we will start the roofing project.
